Shipping Methods

1. Goods are shipped with transport companies of our choice throughout Greece and are delivered to the sidewalk. Alternatively, you can send your chosen transport company or courier company to our headquarters at your own expense to collect the goods, provided that you have paid for them in advance.

2. Sample shipments are made only with prepayment of their value and shipping costs.

3. Goods are not given on consignment, and therefore changes and returns are not accepted (except for defective goods which can be exchanged, provided that our company is informed in writing about the issue within 10 days of receipt). Machines cannot be returned; if they have a defect within the warranty period, they are repaired free of charge (if out of warranty, you bear the repair costs).

4. In case you want to make a return (always according to clause 3), you must first request and fill out the return form, send it to us by FAX or email, and obtain an approval number. The return must be made with the company from which you received the goods; otherwise, we will not accept them.

5. If the customer does not receive the goods they ordered, BAXEVANIDIS S.A. reserves the right to claim compensation (payment of the invoice, packaging costs, shipping and return transportation expenses).

6. Goods always travel at the buyer’s expense and risk, and their delivery to the relevant transport office is considered delivery at the buyer’s location.

7. For orders of promotional items (with printing), please first request an UNPRINTED sample. Our company assumes that you are aware of and satisfied with the characteristics of the products you choose for printing.

Your order will be shipped from our headquarters the next business day after you placed your order. Orders within Thessaloniki are delivered free of charge only for invoices over 30 euros. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the method of picking them up from our headquarters.

Deliveries are made to Thessaloniki, Sykees, Sindos, Diavata, Neapoli, Ampelokipoi, Evosmos, Stavroupoli.

In the Kalamaria area, deliveries are made every Tuesday and Friday.
